WALKING AND WILD SWIMMING SAFETY
Walking and wild swimming are not dangerous pursuits and we choose our locations with our guests’ safety in mind. However, neither activity is without its risks. We will always make decisions according to local weather conditions, water levels and flow. It is also important to take responsibility for yourself, to know your limits and to inform us of any health issues that may affect your ability to participate in the activities.
A Retreat for Women
We appreciate that it is quite often women who are at the heart of family life - caring for children or elderly relatives - while often managing a career of their own. The aim of this retreat is to create a warm, welcoming and supportive environment for women where they can open up about their life experiences. We also run mixed events and you can find these under our current retreats.
