Personal data is retained for the duration required to deliver services purchased from Sarah Banks. Data retention is regularly assessed and data is removed once it has passed it’s useful lifespan.

We have a joint controller relationship with Heather Simpson. We process your personal information with that joint controller for the following reason: Wild Swim Retreats are run in partnership with Heather which requires the sharing of aforementioned personal data in line with this policy.
